Softball Clinic:

The softball clinic for girls and boys ages 6-8 Time: 10:00 am at the Softball field on Saturday, April 30, 2022. There will be registration forms there and the fee is included in your Parks and Rec baseball or softball registration. Bring glove and sneakers. 

Softball l  (Little Lady Lobos) Instructional League : 

May-June. Girls ages 6-8. SB l is a modified non-competitive program. Games will have modified rules and played small sided (6 on 6) to increase participation.

Focus will be on skill development (throwing, catching, fielding, base-running and positioning).  

Girls will practice and play modified games using coach/player pitch, machine pitch, side toss, and tee.  

Some travel may be required to Chugwater, Glendo, and Guernsey. 

Practices and games may be scheduled for mornings or early evenings.

Volunteer coaches will be needed for practice and games.

Softball ll (Lady Lobos) Youth Rec League:  

May-June. Girls ages 9-12. 

SB ll is a recreational program designed to be an extension of the SB l program. 

Beginning skills will continue to be taught and expanded. 

Teams will be adult coached. More traditional rules will be applied. 

Games will be played using player pitching and modified pitching to encourage base-running and situational play. 

Some travel may be required to Chugwater, Glendo, Guernsey, and Douglas. 

Practices and games may be scheduled for mornings or early evenings.

Age is determined by the age of the player on December 31, 2022
